How do you work CSS Templates?

I have a Yahoo Web site hosted and bought from them. I used site builder but it STINKS. I download some Templates and was going to use Frontpage to do them. They come in a Folder with a .html file and .css file. How do i open them up in Frontpage and begin to work with them? And how do i send it to work with my yahoo webpage. I bought the premium package at www.endlessdesigninc.com ( Built that with Site Builder ) Please Help...

I would recommend you a good free .css editor: http://www.newsgator.com/Individuals/topstyle/default.aspx The link for the fee edition is at the botton (Download TopStyle Lite) It has a auto suggest function and a validator so your files will be valid and working. By the way you'll learn .css quite fast, it's not difficult once you see what it's about, just give it a try. If you own a GeoCities Plus package you can upload your modified files via FTP or with the file manager
