I can desgin web site template pretty good. (Simple, no flash), PSD template also... Where can I find a part-time job that actually pay ? 1. In my city there are only a few listings for web site designers. You can make a flyer for your services and post it around or make a website for your service targeting your area, but stipulate that the client has to purchase the web hosting and domain name in their name that way they pay for it with their credit card,(recommend a web service that you can work on or learn to use the free web page(s) on geocities and their web building tools for basic web sites. Charge just for your labor of design and maintaining the site. Make sure you stick to legal content and try to work from your home instead of going over to strangers homes. of course you will have to be able to access the site you are working on from your computer so keep all info confidential if you get a client.
