Excel question please help?

2. They all look right; don't know about the last two as I don't know much about digital signatures, but pretty sure everything else is correct. The only thing is "A worksheet password prevents unauthorized users from making any changes to the worksheet"; I think someone can still make changes as long as the worksheet is already opened by the password person.....
