Rain Check?

This weekend is my parents anniversary and my mom wants a pair of earrings. Well my dad went looking for them and the all of the stores will not get anymore in until the 17th. I want to make a cute certificate or "rain check" card that shows when she will get them, but also that we did try to find them. Any onw know of a website that has cute template things like this? Or any other idea? :)

1. I think it would be crafty and more personal if you could make her the rain check on earring shape paper or drawing of or something like that..Just a crafty style card with your touch!
