Sales Tax Exemption Letter?

Where can I find a template to make a letter to send to customers who we need to collect sales tax exemption certificates from ?? I have already tried Microsoft Office online and they do not have a template which covers this. Thanks !!!

2. You don't need anything fancy. This isn't rocket science. Dear <CustomerName> You have placed an order with our firm and are claiming exemption from sales tax. In order to fill your order without charging sales tax we will need a copy of your re-seller's certificate or proof of your tax-exempt status. Regards, <YourFirmName>
