Cheap and reliable Webhosting with XML. SSL?

I run a site basic php but they offer nicer templates which require XML SSL and a SSL certificate and they say not a copy cert. So any leads much appreciated. per company; "ase note: XML Templates require SSL for the order form. Please DO NOT choose an XML Template unless you have a server (or ISP account) that supports SSL, AND you have an SSL certificate for your web site. Shared certificates are NOT supported. Normally you should use www.example.com in the common name field when ordering your SSL certificate, and NOT example.com. Fields marked with * are mandatory."
