Do you know any webhostings with good and easy website builders and flash templates? (not free hostings)?

Im looking for a good web hosting, with good and easy website builder. I need flash templates, forum templates, i need people to register emails there, and i need people to add news on it, people will submit the news and admin will check it and allow or delete it (if you know what i mean) sorry for the bad english :) and it doesnt have 2 be free webhosting. (also it will be great if it has alot of disk space, because ill build like a game, video downloads webpage) thnx alot.
