How do you create a letterhead with line division in Microsoft Word?

Hello, My trouble is that all the templates for letterheads in Microsoft word are all flowery and elaborate, and all I want is my name, address, phone, and email centered at the top of the page with a line break underneath. Basically I don't know how to get that line underneath my contact information to break the letterhead from the rest of the letter. Any help would be much appreciated ASAP! Hi Danielle, thanks for your answer! Where can I find "paragraph borders"?

  1. Higlight the top section text and then go to paragrahp borders, only select the bottom border line! Hope this helps! ****You can find the paragraph borders under format- borders and shadings- and it's the tab "borders" on the right of the pop-up box thing select the bottom border only
