what is the older program for resumes/templates/form letters?

My computer had to be completey cleaned out, and restored to the orginial time when I bought it because of worm. Does anyone know what that would be? It was before Microsoft WORKS

1. Could it have been an old version of Wordperfect? That is one I used to use a long time ago.
