help with writing a CV please??? any help or tips welcome...?

could you please give me your opinion on this as a personal profile... i am a reliable, self confident, determined & responsible person. i am practical, a good team worker & good at motivating others. i have experience of all aspects of managing including staffing, training, health & safty, banking & security. i enjoy working under presure to meet targets, scheduals & deadlines. i am always looking to learn new skills & gain new experience. how does that read with you? needs more? not writen well? any kind of things you think should be added to this part of a cv? god dam i hate writing cv's. i know a employer will only give 30 seconds to a cv before deciding if they like it or not... so any help or tips would be very welcome Thanks

1. you need to check spelling and punctuation or they will not believe any of that crap
2. You might be able to shorten the personal profile down abit as they dont like to do alot of reading to be honest,lol.. but it sounds good apart from that!! =)
3. Check your spelling and punctuation add any recent previous jobs you've had also add any qualifications you have. I think what you've written sounds really good. Good Luck.
