CV/Resume writing help with Personal Profile?

It's not for me but I need help on what to write for a personal profile for someone working in catering and hospitality. I work in IT so i don't have a clue what would sond good in other industries.

Public Comments

1. Obviously include as much schooling as this person has has. Do they read magazines or papers? If so, just put down they like to read about the news etc. Do they like going on holiday? If so then they are interested in travel. Things like this will help. Also include about their interest in people, (for the hospitality).
