Is it better to refer to yourself in the first or third person when writing your CV?

Public Comments

  1. I never use the words I, me, myself, etc. in a CV. Instead of writting "I managed a ten person team for Client A and B.", say "Managed a ten person team for Client A and B."
  2. You don't do either. Start each sentence with an action verb such as: operated, performed, organized, oversaw, managed, created...... You may get grammar errors for not having a subject in the sentence but this is accepted procedure.
