Free Dynamic Flash Templates?

Hi people... I basically want a Dynamic Flash Template....which is free :D I don't mind what site it's from as long you don't have to pay money for it. However, if there really aren't ANY sites supplying these types of free templates, could you possibly suggest a site which will sell Dynamic Flash Templates through PAYPAL... Cheers people! :D
