help with writing a cv and covering letter?

I need help with writing a cv and covering letter.. I have no work experience so I feel theres a big gap on what to put.. also I have no idea what to write in an covering letter? I would be so grateful for any help. Thank you.

If you have no experience because you've just left college or uni, then just put your education and mention anything you did at school (committees, etc) that show your experience in team-work, leaderhsip, organisation, etc. A covering letter is best tailored to the specific job you're applying for. Briefly introduce yourself and your qualifications/skills. Then say why you want the job you're applying for and why you would be good at it.
