how much should i charge for the company that asked me to do a powerpoint presentation for their lecture?

basically the powerpoint presentation contains the ff: - a 10 second 3d opening billboard - designed their template layout - contains 139 slides - about 70 -80 pictures of their patients (w/ photo editing) - minimal animation per slide

1. how long in time did it take you, charge hem per hour and a little extra if you had to use any specail software. I would say like $15-20 an hour and like 20 for external software costs.
