In PowerPoint, when changing an existing presentation to a new design...?

...how do I change all pages at once to conform to the fonts (colors, size, etc.) already set up in the master of the new design template? The design changes properly and the master is correct, but it holds the fonts from the previous design. Is there a way to change them all at once, rather than one slide at a time? That seeems counterproductive, especially for a large presentation. I've tried searching for answers, but nothing seems to address this particular issue, and it seems there must be a way to do this.

  1. Go to format and select Slide Design and then select your design and I believe this applies across all slides. Hope this helps. PS take a copy of the presentation before you try this. I had to fiddle a little to get my test to apply across all slide - so fair warning :-)
  2. Check your new design template thoroughly. Most likely font settings is not indicated for this template 1 Open your new template *.pot file 2 Check and change font settings in your template 3 Save it 4 Apply it for your presentation.
