DH Templates

All design and layout template pics are missing in the design and slide layout pane in PowerPoint. Any ideas?

I am a support technician. I have tried everything I can think of. This is in Office 2003. The templates are still there. If you place your cursor over the template the name shows up and you can still choose that template, the pictures are gone.

1. Are you using it for the first time? I can see the thumbnails for my templates. All I can think of is to check options/view under tools. At the bottom there is a box with several options. One of them says "thumbnails". That might do it.
