Microsoft Exel?

haw i can make Paste icon active in Excel/ templates, i was trying to make my own invoice using Excel / templates what i found is my paste icon is not active to paste my logo on the invoice .

1. Is the worksheet protected. Try selecting the contents of the sheet (Ctrl-A) and then open a new sheet and paste it so that you can manipulate it without the protection on.
