How do you get a flash template to work as a website?

I am thinking of using a really nice flash template to make a website. The trouble is I am really not sure how to get the template to work once downloaded. What do I do? Do I just upload it onto my ftp? Or is there a content managment system available for flash templates which I should install first? How do I make changes? I use macromedia flash only?

1. If you have the FLA files, you can edit in Macromedia, and recompile the SWF file, for upload to your Web server.
