Can anyone recommend a software or website for Flash design or templates?

I am looking to build another site and want to incorporate some Flash effects. I am checking out Coffeecup--any recommendations? Thanks!

1. Adoble Flash CS3 is an excellent program that you are looking for. But it is pricey.
