ok, so here's what happened. we had to write a business plan for my final in my business class. she told us we could use templates from the internet, so i did. i wrote about 75% of the plan, and i copied a couple of informative paagraphs from the website i used (template website.) i had done the bibliography a few days before, and it was a seperate document, so i forgot to turn it in with the actual plan. she gave me a zero for my final, and considered it cheating, because of plaigarism? is this okay? even though she told us we could use the website, and i DID do a bibliography giving credit, but forgot to turn it in? i need to know asap, because if i can do anything about it, im going tot take it to admin. this is ridiculous!

1. If you Copied a couple of paragraphs then that is plagiarism. In the paper itself did you cite them? If not then yes your professor can do this. Your bibliography doesn't matter, you still have to cite within the paper, weather you were paraphrasing or using a quote. But you stated you copied a couple of paragraphs, if that is true, you absolutely plagiarized your business plan.
2. yes, it's ridiculous!, I mean if you give the credit to the website and she allowed you to use templates from Internet, then why is she complaining now, I'm telling ya, some teachers need to get laid more often.
