Plz direct me to a detailed business plan for Real estate/ House contruction business and help me to get some estimates template regarding the same

There are many construction estimation programs out there.Checkout Craftsman website for construction,etc.Hope you have your real estate lic. to open a real estate business it is best that you have ben in the business and have your brokers lic, but in many states you can own as sole proprietor and hire a broker that is needed to oversee transactions.If you do not have your brokers lic and are sole proprietor then you cannot act in the actual real estate transaction in most states.I have my lic. and love the business. We also have our contractors lic and the two together are a GREAT combo, especially for flip houses. Beware of the programs you buy as they are gnerally not true pricing for contractors actual rate for labor and materials.Hope this helps.....
