sending newsletter template to hotmail or yahoo?

i designed a html/css template to use it as newsletter and send through my account to yahoo and hotmail userers but the template displayed as plain text ...does any one have an idea of what to do ....here is the template's code

1. it depends on what your account is and if it allows html code. If you use an email client like Outlook, I think you have to use Word as your html editor. If you use Thunderbird, you can insert html code - a nice feature. I recommend Thunderbird. If you're using a webmail system, check their help file to see if it lets you enter html code for composing. If you have images in your html, those images will need to reside on a web server somewhere, so your image hrefs need to point there.
