Wanna start a Template Design site.?

So I want to start a Template Designing site or start with myspace layouts first. My question, is anyone here a coder or designer, or both? I design and know a couple lot of HTML and CSS. I have one other friend who will work with us but he only designs. So anyone here wanna help start a designing business? He's High Intermediate-Semi Professional designer.
