About web browsers! website development! help!?
hey! my group is developing a website for our school. We used joomla! for the web content management. We modified everything from html to css and to everything.. The problem is this: our template looks good in firefox mozilla but when we used the Internet Explorer, our template for the site is completely distorted! why is this like this??? what are the possible solutions for this! pls help asap!

- Some websites are not cross-browser because of the way in which the code was written. You might want to double check the HTML and CSS to find some scripts that are not compatible with the browsers.
- Try http://positioniseverything.net/ The fact that IE is *NOT* a W3C-compliant browser is what they're all about. Making a site completely cross-browser compatible is a whole career in itself - most of us only go as far as we have to (I refuse to support IE any further back than 6).
