CSS and photoshop?

After making a web template for my website in photoshop how do i go about coding it so it will render in my browser and function properly? I'd rather not hire, but thanks for your suggestions

1. You can hire someone to do it for you. Preferably an experienced one; one that knows the answer to the following question: What is one thing you must do to an image when you display it? (Add an "alt" attribute, "" if for stylish images and "content" for info images)
2. well i'm not so sure myself because i just starting using the two. but there are some FABULOUS books out there! i don't remember what it's called otherwise i'd recommend it, but they make dreamweaver, photoshop, and other books i think. try border or barnes & nobles, they have the biggest selection.
