Where can I find some free EASY TO INSTALL templates for my website?

I am trying to put together a website..and I tried downloading some templates for it but I don't know how to put them up properly..HELP?

1. The best, easy and free web templates i use is www.freelayouts.com They have a massive selection of templates to use, and the template includes help files (very simple to understand) on how to install the template.
2. Monkysoft,for example. Microsoft offers many as a free service.
