DH Templates

I want a web template. As an open source I have seen index.html and style.css files. How can I find ...?

in addition to above, some all purpose dbase related components.

Your best bet for the template would be "Open Source Web Design" located @ http://www.oswd.org/ If you want to implent a database without knowing much about them, I would suggest finding a Wordpress template and using Wordpress http://www.wordpress.org/ for your site. You could then find the plug-in to handle your database needs, all without having to mess with any code! Hope that helps!
