I need a web host that will allow me to put my own css layouts.?

i have a freewebs website but i really wanna the template/css. is there a way where i can change it. or better, is there a web hosting site that allows css.

4. i think freewebs put ads on your site. if you know how to make your own html page and use css and upload the file(FTP) then why not find a free web host that don't put force ads on your free site. you can just buy domain name and let them hosted for free. once you gain traffic and it is not enough then you can upgrade. there are few web hosting that allow you to do this. check my profile for more info on hosting.

6. Many hosts limit you on the kind of things you can have/do. I myself have NO limits!

8. Freewebs does allow W3C standardized CSS. What exactly isn't working for you? Maybe you have an error in the code.
