need help!!!! (preferably experienced html / css / flash people!?)?

i have a myspace page and my id has quotes around it. the id is displayed in the title bar of the browser, but instead of quotes, it displays & q u o t ; (no spaces, i had to do this cause Y!A automatically changes it to real quotes) around my id. also, this flash (here's the basic layout of it: http://www.flaashy.com/flash_templates/screens/screens2.swf ), (click on the box and the dark bold black text in the left top corner is where the id is) doesnt recognize the quotes either but instead of & q u o t ; it displays quot . help plz!!!!!!!!!! no, i cant add any "" quote signs or other special characters , just text.
