Seeking WEBSITE FLASH HOSTING plan!?

I am seeking a website hosting plan that will fall in one of the categories: 1.) Has flash hosting, with web builder, monthly billing (not quarterly, yearly, etc.), no set up fees with free domain and good extras.. or 2.) A hosting company that will allow me to download a free flash file and use as my template... must have good extras, monthly payment only (no quarterly, yearly, etc.), no set up fees.
