Best web site creator to use with other templates?

I need help please! I have little experience in website creation but I want to get started on my first web site and I have purchased a template that I liked from a template site on the net, my question is.. does every website creator software allow me to use my own template or is there specific ones? I have purchased a flash template and I want to use it, can anyone recommend a couple of web site creating software? I appreciate the answers! Alfredo

1. The software most often used by designers is Adobe Dreamweaver. You can load in the template files and edit them to add in your own content. You will likely also need Adobe Photoshop to be able to open the image files in the template and add in your own name and logo.
