Flash template question?

Hi Guys, I'm about to purchase a Flash web template and the site is giving me different file format options for the download? It can come in html, fla, psd, or swf. If I'm using Studio 8 (Dreamweaver and Flash Pro 8), which should I use? Thanks in advance!

  1. Each of those formats serve a different purpose. swf / fla is the flash file psd is an image file to be opened via Photoshop html is the code that adds the flash to the page. All of those formats will come with your purchase. Depending on waht you want to do, you'll open a certain program to access the file you need. But in a nutshell, just open the Fla file in Flash, edit it to your liking, and then export it to a swf file to add to your site. ALSO - MAKE SURE you keep a copy of the original files you downloaded. Just in case you make a mistake or if you want to start over.
  2. Hi buddy You can betterway use fla and HTML. Because fla is more or less like a psd file in photoshop. HTML is for viewing the website. You can make changes in fla if necessary. Actually fla is the source file. You can presse ctrl+enter to get the swf file.
