What program(s) can I get to build professional-looking website templates?

I want to create my own... I don't want any ready-made one. Besides, you have to pay for those. lol

1. I don't believe there are any programs specifically designed for creating professional looking website designs. You could go and buy Photoshop, and the other apps that come with it which as a collection give you a great toolset with which to create a professional looking site. But to be honest, it comes from you! The software just lets you take what you have in your brain and translate that into something everyone will be able to see. If you don't have the cash for photoshop, google paint.net which is a reasonable and free alternative. The issue you will face will be learning to use photoshop if you have never used it before also.
2. you can use the SJ Namo Web Editor.. it is a drag and drop procedural HTML programming..it's the one i use to make good looking webpages,,,,but...... you need to invest..or if you want, you can crack it and find the serials at www.megaserial.com..
3. Well, although this still uses a template to an extent, it still allows you to create everything you need to make it unique. Either way even if you create a site from scratch it will cost a lot more than the solution below (link). Website developers use Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and more to create the site you can buy via Professional Website Templates.
