Wher can i find an easy php free tmplate to creat a lbrary on my intranet site(search for docs artcls etc...)?

I would like to make all my released docs and articles easy to access on an internal website that i want to create. I have important knowledge in web dez but a beginner in coding; so i need a php template which might include tools like: search tool (keywords, exevutive summary), latest document checked, related documents, interactive forms to receive feedbacks on my articles.Can you help me or give me the address of a customizable php interface that i would tailor?
