DH Templates

Free website layouts/template-thingys?

i don't really know the proper name for these things but i'm designing a website and i'd like it to look like the ones on this site: http://www.transfixx.com/contents/portfolio/index.php?spgmGal=Layouts&spgdmPic=1 but free:) i would make one myself but i dont know how. if there's a site where i could learn that please tell me. thank you!
