Does anyone know of a website or reference that provides basic contracts for recreational co-op real estate?

I am looking to get involved with family / friends on a vacation property within the next few months, and wanted to know if anybody knew of template contracts on purchase / useage / and management contracts? Any ideas on websites or references are greatly appreciated in advance.

1. You need to ask per location . Several come on this site asking how to get out of the recreational shared land use of real estate. If you don't use it it still cost a great deal per year. Just ask to take over the ownership for free.
