Photographers website in CSS Template?

I am a wedding photographer who’s in desperate need of a new website. I want to use CSS , I hear it’s great for Google and better then Flash, but I have no coding experience in CSS. Are there any good templates out there that are affordable or even better free? :-D Some more info -I am decent at HTML -I need something with a gallery that is user friendly -SEO is very important -Easily updated Thank you

1. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet and has nothing to do with the way your page layout is. CSS is used for fonts colors and links.
