Where can I find a site that creates good looking website templates? I dont know how to build a page.?

I am looking to build a website. I dont know anything about code. I want it to look good though. Is there anything out there that I can just fill in the blanks. What out there is easy to use?

2. there are many sitebuilders out there that you can use. some are free and some are not. these sitebuilders has ready made templates that you can use. you just need to type in some info and your ready to go.
