I want a free html template for my freewebs website, for example I want peter griffin from family guy to be my template I hope you understand?

2. There are websites that will give you a basic html layout and teach you how to change the background image and other aspects of your site. If you google "basic html templates" I'm sure you would find something. I did it once before.
