Who offers the best free websites ?

I am wondering who offers the best free websites, with HTML upload ? I have several website templates, that i am trying out before i actually buy a domain name. So i was wondering if there is a website who offers free websites, with the most features towards HTML UPLOADS ! I already tried, freewebs.com but i couldnt upload my own website template. What i meant was free domains ? Sadie, i already googled them, but obviously I want real answers from real people , in real time. .Sadie, If i wanted google resutls, i already would have checked, anyone can do that.

2. I started with a free Yahoo Geocities website 10 years ago and have been with them since with upgraded sites and a domain. They have a great File Mgr and uploader and it's easily the best web site on the net for my money. I'd advise the few bucks a month for the plus with no ads but the free one is good. For $9 a month you get the pro site with your own domain name.
