good place to host an html website?

I'm trying to find a site in order to make an HTML website for free. NOT a template one, I know plenty of places to make those. Thanks!

1. If you go to school, check with administrator there. They usually have free hosting for students but it is regulated so you can only put "good" stuff on there. If you are not in school geocities.com is one of them but it allows only certain hit per day for free. But their paid system is very good.
2. If u r really looking for free site then u can choose yahoo geocities itself. Here u can upload for free up to 15MB try this link and its user friendly:) www.geocities.com
