Do adsense ready website templates really work as easy as they claim?

I am looking for Adsense ready website templates, but I do not have a lot of skills to build my own pages. I want to purchase templates from this site: WWW.ADSENSEJUICE.COM because after talking with support they claim that it is as easy as changing the adsense ID number. They claim that a site can be up in literally minutes, even with no experience. Can anyone give me their experiences with this site or others like it? Is it truly that easy? Thanks!
