  1. what you probably have to do is download the file that you are able to download when you press the download link. Its a winzip file and you need to unzip it using winrar or something similar. The files you unzipped are rpobably html and image files, you need to upload these files to your website. After they are uploaded you should be able to edit the text by editing the html file called index.html if you have other problems i suggest you ask the oswd.org website for help by emailing them or something.
  2. I can help but can you tell me which template you downloaded? Also do you have your own domain or is your site hosted by a free host such as blogger? Just edit your question and let me know the name of the template or the link of the page it's on //Ok so it's not your own domain. First you'll have to get an image host for the images in the template. I would recommend setting up a free account with http://photobucket.com/ and upload all the images there. Once they are uploaded you will get a url for the images. You will then need to place the url of each image in the css file that came with the template. Go through it all and replace what they have such as body.jpg with the url that photobucket provided for that particular image. Once you have done that with each image you will then need to insert the css file into the html file (click on the html file to view it and select "view source") between the <head><style=text/css>css</style></head> (hover over to see the code) You can then remove the <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css" /> Then you can view the source again, copy all and paste into your site Hope this helps!
  3. On OWSD most designs are CSS/XHTML. So you cant just put the HTML code into existing page, you'll have to upload all files (including images in apropriate folders) so then everithing will work
