DH Templates

I have got myself a theme for expression web , i want to use it as a website template, how do i do that???

1. it look to my that this is a specialised template for Wordpress, it is kind of hard to edit it if you do not know css and php, if you do not have wordpress, it is useless for you. you can't use it for HTML. if you do have it you have to upload it to the theme folder of wordpress
