Is it hard to create a website from a template without any website building knowledge?

I am looking to create some websites from some templates that I have and I was wondering how hard it is to create a full website using a template. I have no knowledge of building a website so would it be impossible for me to create the site. I am ok with uploading the website to a server but I don't know how I would create the website. I am looking to create hosting websites as I have loads of hosting website templates which I want to make into full websites. I have dreamweaver what other software would I need. I have both html and flash website templates. Would I need to create the website in html . I just need something like this website www.lynuxhosting.com it doesn't have to be to complicated. If it will be to hard to create my own site is their anywhere I can buy already made hosting sites which I can sell on to people myself and have resale rights to.

1. It should be difficult, but hardly impossible, to make the website from a template. However, it will be nearly impossible, if not completely impossible, to do it well and have it look as good as it should, if you don't have the necessary knowledge and skills. If a professional-looking site is important to you, I recommend hiring a designer/developer.

3. First watch the Google video on Dreamweaver. Get your space from http://www.3ix.co.uk - they won't rip you off. I found templates a pain - just do your own or you get something white silent and boring as hell!
4. If you don't need anything really hard u should Google Page Creator. Its free with a Google Account. Its WYSIWYG and very easy to do and comes with many colors and templates. You can then view your web pages in a browser and save them for use on your own domain name/site.
5. You want to create a website, a hosting one because that´s what template you have? Are you joking? Go away and study this stuff properly for a few years if you want to make any money.

However a month ago you asked a question in which you said: "I build websites and sell them and I need a way to accept credit cards online for the websites that I sell." (The question was titled: Looking for a credit card merchant account for adult material?) What exactly do you mean by "no knowledge"?
