I need to get a flash flip page website?

I have found a bunch of flash website templates that use the flash flip page but i'm looking for something more specific. I'm trying to find a story book template, not just a flat magazine style page. I like the old looking pages and the hard cover look of the one in this website: http://www.garrick.com.ar/home.html anyone know where i can find a template for an old story book type flip page flash website? thank you
