flash templates?

Hi, i have a plenty of flash website templates and i need to know what's the best software to edit and work with it ,for flash.

1. Flash MX is what I would go with.
2. umm Macromedia Flash...?
3. The best software to work with would be the program Flash, the latest version is version 7, but there is also MX. Good luck with building a website they are fun to create.

The latest release is Adobe Flash CS3 (For those counting version numbers that's Flash 9) The thing to look for is whether the templates you have are fla or swf files. fla files can be edited using Flash. swf files are compressed for use on the web and can't be edited without significant effort.
