Where can I find online free templates for a legal business contract? I need a contract that says they'll pay me if I get this product for them. And one that says I'll get this product for them within 2 weeks given that they just paid me.

I need help with my carpet cleaning business. I have a great referral base coming in, but I would love to land one of those apartment complexes. I think I'm gonna need to put in a bid & write up a contract. Where can I find good free templates or samples for this type of work? Or do I just use the general forms at the local office supply stores? I checked a few web sites but did't find what I was looking for.

I have a buisiness question I hope someone can help!? I recently started a small masonry buisiness , and have found many sites offering plans for small businesses but are outrageously priced. Photo Shoot Contract? Okay so im doing a photo shoot with a 17 year old female model. there will be another 17 year old female there helping as my assistant. (im 17 also btw) but I need help writing a contract that I can re-use. I do not have a business license, so Im kinds just practicing. and the people who are modeling are getting free photos out of the deal. So now that you have some info about this this is kinda what I need. I need to know if its okay to write it in like pages (macs version of word) Some Important things I need to include How to word it I also want it to say that if they want to pay me they can but they do not have to. That I can do with my copies of the pictures with what I please. (I.E. use them in my portfolio) Im not asking you to write it for me I just need some tips so I can write it. Also If there is some kind of online template or example I can build off of that'd be perfect!

Fax Marketing: Do you think I could make it work? Lots of answers Pls!? I want to start sending out fax ads to businesses in my area. I already have a template and ads on it for all my own stuff but would like to start advertising for other companies for a nominal fee. I want to provide advertising to the local area's for people like me who are broke and struggling and trying to make money selling/doing whatever it is they sell/do. My basic "ad sheet" holds 12 square ads.I have 2610 fax numbers that WORK in my area that I can send this ad sheet to and I was thinking of charging $25 a week for a box. - borders and THEIR graphics included ( whatever style they like) I am good with graphics and wording and can help customers design their ads if they need it either free with a long term contract for advertising or also for a small fee. What do you think? Would you pay $25/week to advertise your business to roughly 12,000 ppl a week? Am I asking too much or too little? Do you have a better idea or a way I could make this idea better? Thank you

How to write a resignation letter, please help urgent? My contract ends this month and the company is closing, however the company is just giving us verbal notice that we are free to search for jobs elsewhere. They have warned us that they MIGHT be closing (NOT 100% Certain as they may stay open if they get business) however they are not giving us any written notice because they are not sure themselves. I cannot afford to sit here and wait thus I have found another job and thus need my P45. My workplace has said I need to write a resignation letter to them in order for them to issue my P45. What my concern is that it is them that have told us to leave but they are not pinning it on themselves rather making it sound that it is the employees wish to leave. Therefore I want help or template on how to word my resignation letter. I want to make it clear that it is because of them that I have to leave, they have not even paid us for 2 months as they say they have no money. I want to keep it as polite as possible. I have other responsibilities thus cannot be out of employment, but I want to make it clear that I am leaving because I need the money and they can't pay me which is causing me problems with my other responsibilities.
