Every time I have ever encountered “Lawyer Speak” they turn the words of the ‘average’ person around to mean something they didn’t mean right when you think that things are finally coming to a close. I want to send a letter to my Business Partner’s credit card companies telling them about our financial hardship but I don’t want the Lawyer Speak to turn this in to something I don’t intend. I am wondering if there is a “Template” to send to credit card companies explaining that we are having financial difficulties and that we want them to work with us to cut back on the fees and fines so that we don’t end up snowballed and in bankruptcy court. Help required please for writing an appeal letter to my Boss regarding the redundancy package he has offered m? I've been working for the same employer for over 12 years now. After the first 6 years his company went bankrupt but he then started up a new business & kept me on. I was told at that time that I could not claim redundancy for the 6 years that I had been working for him! I've been on maternity leave, due to return back to work this month but I've been told that my position with-in the company is now redundant. I had been working for this new company for another 6 years. I have spoken with the redundancy helpline & they believe that I am still entitled to 12 years redundancy but my employer is saying that it's only 6 years! I have also spoken with ACAS who also believe that I am entitled to the full 12 years & have advised me to write an appeal letter. How can i locate a specific picture/logo being used on the web? Let me be specific, I want to design a logo for my company. I have been working through Green Box software to design my logo. We have agreed upon a design but the problem is that it is a free ware template of that software. I want to know by any chance if some other company is already using that template for their logo.
